Recently, we have received reports that individuals are selling unauthorized OMNeT++ licenses for commercial use in China. Even if they offer to sell you OMNEST, which is the only version meant for commercial use, you need to know that you are putting yourself at risk if you buy from an unauthorized source.
There is only one authorized OMNEST reseller in China: VI-RE Technologies (www.vi-re.com). No other company or individual may sell you a legitimate copy of OMNEST in China. VI-RE has our authorization to prosecute pirates and individuals selling illegal software.
